Pet Policy:

We love your dogs here at A Room at the Beach and we welcome you to bring them with you during your stay. There is plenty of space for them to run around and we do provide dog bowls and beds upon request. We charge a $75 pet fee upon arrival if you bring your dog with you.

Cancellation Policy:

Rooms are refundable 30 days before the date of your reservation, and we do charge a $100 cancellation fee per room. If you cancel within 30 days of the reservation, we are unable to refund you as we are a small boutique hotel with only 10 rooms available. Cancellations cannot be done over the phone,please send an email to reservations@iwantaroomatthebeach 30 days before your reservation if you need to cancel. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
